FlossFlow ("we", "our", or "us") provides an AI-powered cross-stitch pattern tool and subscription pattern library accessible at editor.flossflow.app. The service lets you convert photos into cross-stitch patterns, edit patterns, export PDFs, and access a library of ready-made patterns.
You may sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use FlossFlow. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
The free tier allows you to use the core pattern tool. Exports include a FlossFlow watermark. Free-tier exports may not be sold or used commercially without upgrading to a paid plan.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in USD. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the Pro plan and Founder's Bundle — contact us at hello@flossflow.app within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.
Pattern Library subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription time.
Pro and Founder's Bundle purchasers receive a commercial license for patterns they generate or create using FlossFlow. This means you may sell PDF patterns or finished goods made from patterns you create in the editor.
Library patterns are licensed for personal use only. You may not sell, redistribute, or sublicense patterns downloaded from the FlossFlow Pattern Library, whether as digital files, kits, or any other form.
You retain ownership of the projects and patterns you create. By saving your work to FlossFlow, you grant us a limited licence to store and display your content in order to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your designs.
Images you upload for photo-to-pattern conversion are processed in your browser and are not stored on our servers.

The FlossFlow name, logo, interface design, and proprietary software are owned by FlossFlow and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any FlossFlow intellectual property to you.
FlossFlow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs. We are not responsible for any loss of data.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FlossFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes where possible. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the app or by email. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FlossFlow operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
